Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through www.alkhalejeah.com, operated by Alkhalejeah Maintenance Est, in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and Consumer Protection Regulations.

تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع المشتريات التي تتم عبر موقع **www.alkhalejeah.com**، المملوك والمؤدار من قبل مؤسسة الخليجيّة للصيانة، وفقًا لأنظمة التجارة الإلكترونية وحماية المستهلك في المملكة العربية السعودية.

1. Return, Refund & Exchange Eligibility | شروط الاسترجاع والاسترداد والاستبدال

Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and undamaged

  • The product is in its original condition

  • Original packaging, accessories, and invoice are included

يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط:

  • أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير متضرر

  • أن يكون بحالته الأصلية

  • إرجاع المنتج مع التغليف الأصلي وجميع الملحقات والفاتورة

2. Non-Eligible Items | المنتجات غير المؤهلة

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless defective or incorrectly delivered:

  • Digital products after activation, download, or access

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation

  • Products modified, repaired, or altered by the customer or third parties

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (if stated at purchase)

لا تشمل هذه السياسة المنتجات التالية إلا في حال وجود عيب أو خطأ:

  • المنتجات الرقمية بعد التفعيل أو التحميل

  • المنتجات المتضررة بسبب سوء الاستخدام أو التركيب

  • المنتجات المعدلة أو التي تم إصلاحها

  • المنتجات المخفضة أو النهائية (إن تم التنويه بذلك عند الشراء)

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products | المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو غير المطابقة

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide order number, description, and photos/videos

After verification, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Repair (if applicable)

  • Full refund

في حال استلام منتج معيب أو تالف أو غير مطابق، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام مع إرفاق رقم الطلب والصور.

بعد التحقق، سنقوم بأحد الإجراءات التالية دون أي تكلفة إضافية:

  • استبدال المنتج

  • إصلاح المنتج

  • استرجاع كامل المبلغ

4. Exchange Policy | سياسة الاستبدال

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • Price differences (if any) must be settled before shipping

يسمح بالاستبدال مرة واحدة لكل طلب، ويخضع لتوفر المنتج.

في حال وجود فرق في السعر، يجب تسويته قبل الشحن.

5. Return & Exchange Process | آلية الاسترجاع والاستبدال

  1. Contact us at info@alkhalejeah.com

  2. Provide order number and reason

  3. Receive approval and instructions

  4. Return the product via the approved local shipping provider

Any return sent without prior approval may be rejected.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges | تكاليف الشحن

  • Company error (defect / wrong item): We cover all shipping costs

  • Customer request (change of mind): Customer bears return/exchange shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Refund Method & Timeline | آلية ومدة الاسترداد

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method:

    • Mada

    • Visa

    • MasterCard

    • American Express

    • Tamara (via Paymob – subject to Tamara terms)

قد تختلف مدة ظهور المبلغ حسب البنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع.

8. Partial Refunds | الاسترداد الجزئي

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Accessories or packaging are missing

  • The product is not returned in original condition

يتم تحديد قيمة الاسترداد الجزئي بعد فحص المنتج.

9. Order Cancellation | إلغاء الطلب

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and standard return rules apply

لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد الشحن.

10. Digital Products | المنتجات الرقمية

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges after access or activation

  • Exceptions apply only if the product is defective or inaccessible due to our fault

لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات الرقمية بعد التفعيل إلا في حال وجود خلل تقني.

11. Legal Rights | الحقوق النظامية

This policy does not limit any rights granted to consumers under Saudi law.

لا تؤثر هذه السياسة على حقوق المستهلك المكفولة نظامًا في المملكة العربية السعودية.
