تنطبق سياسة الشحن هذه على جميع الطلبات المقدمة عبر موقع **www.alkhalejeah.com**، المملوك والمؤدار من قبل مؤسسة الخليجية للصيانة، وذلك وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
1. Shipping Coverage | نطاق الشحن
We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
نقوم حاليًا بالشحن داخل المملكة العربية السعودية فقط.
2. Shipping Providers | شركات الشحن
All deliveries are handled through approved local shipping providers.
يتم تنفيذ جميع عمليات التوصيل عبر شركات شحن محلية معتمدة.
3. Processing Time | مدة تجهيز الطلب
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Delivery Address | عنوان التوصيل

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

7. Delivery Attempts | محاولات التسليم

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions, government actions, or shipping provider issues.

10. Order Tracking | تتبع الطلب
